Checkmate, mate - Chess Workshop (Fundraising Edition)

Join us for an exciting chess workshop: Checkmate, mate -Fundraising Edition-. Cultural Conversations, under the Dollars for Dreams campaign, is crowdfunding because they suddenly received the news that the previous building they were in at Morrison Square is not safe. We can't offer a space for our community if the building doesn't meet safety standards, so we are fundraising to help them pay rent in their new location. :) In this special edition, we will explore the intricate world of chess as we delve into games, concepts, a fun quiz, puzzles, tactics, and exciting variants like 4-player chess. This immersive session caters to beginners and intermediate players of all ages. Analyze games and participate in friendly matches to enhance your skills. As an added bonus, each participant will receive a refreshing Chia Sisters juice during our session and chocolates too. Level up your chess skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. We suggest a donation of $10-$30 to support the Dollars for Dreams campaign.
